Completely in sync! The bloated pay packages that were being offered by Product companies have been seized. A realistic fixed number for 7-8 years experience is 30-35.

Assuming you work at 800m and above company

Junior pms (apms to pm1)- between 20-30lpa

Slightly mid level pms- 40-60 is the running rate

I've close to 7 YOE ( 4 in PM + 3 in Engg). Edn : Tier 1 MBA

What should be the ideal salary range I can expect ? What percent of CTC should I ask as ESOPs ?
