Q1. Hey I want a job in frontend domain aggressively as im a fresher, I know html css js bootstrap SQL git github , anything more I should learn before applying ( I have only a month left) . Q2. where should I apply other than LinkedIn.

You need to have a proof of work. Recruiters / HRs should see your work upfront with your portfolio + resume.
PoW includes working projects with git hub + demo link, open source contributions. Focus on projects more. It's OK if you have 0 OSS experience.
You can use Wellfound, YC Jobs, Naukri, Peerlist, and a lot more. Just use Google.
On a side note, just this skillset is not enough. Learn React, Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind CSS. Make projects using these technologies.
