People who live in JP Nagar, how do you spend your weekends in that area?
Any sports club joined? Or going to gym? Any events you guys are going to?
Hello people,
I moved to bangalore a week back.
I am alone here, no friends, what to do on weekends.
What are some good cafes or places where I can go on weekends and spend some time.
Any suggestions are welcome.
I am staying in JP Nagar.
You moved just a week ago? Don't stress about making friends so quickly (joining meetups or dating). Those will happen organically with time.
Instead just get comfortable with the place first. I like to take walks in my local neighborhood on weekends in a new city, and explore my immediate surroundings.
Also, google the famous tourist places in Bangalore and cover them one by one every weekend. It's good to do that initially, because afterwards as you get busy with your job and daily life, you'll not get much time to visit tourist places later.
Finally, moving and adjusting to a new city is stressful. So don't overdo things. Spend some chill weekends at home with your favorite food and watching movies or other hobbies, instead of feeling too much pressure to do a lot of outdoorsy stuff quickly.
Good luck and have fun!
You will get the usual comments, join meetup, see bms for events, go trekking. Believe me wont get anything new, but lets see, surprise me grpviners
