What's the avg salary of an analyst in the MBB/bulge bracket investment banks?

For Context: I hold offers from multiple top 20 unis in the world and here confused between staying in India or abroad

Ergo, please share insights into an entry-level job at MBB / bulge bracket investment banks here

Moreover, how are recruitment landscape? Do they hire UG students here?

Typically 40l to 65l including base + bonus. Only a handful of bulge brackets or investment banks in general hire undergrads though.

I would personally look to hire a CA as an analyst instead of a top 20 university grad just from a longevity perspective.

Not many have a structured hiring program for undergrads. So networking is usually the way.

What's the base? And I noticed there's no structured hiring program in India, unlike the US!

Base and bonus % varies wildly. Base can be between 18 to 40l. But in all these setups you can potentially make 50-60l. A couple of places with the base around 18, avg bonuses are close to 180%
