Workout Routine
People of Grapevine, how do you maintain (or try to maintain) a regular workout routine. How often do you workout and what do you do.
I workout at home with a mix of calisthenics and a very small variation of strength training, and some yoga. Curious to know what everyone's upto and how that has helped.
I generally follow cult.fit weekly S&C, HRX, Burn sessions. It’s a mix of calisthenics, weightlifting and cardio. All these workouts helped me gain best body shape ever, prevented ageing cliff in 30s.

Exactly the same. It's the most sustainable. Yoga focus is mobility.
Additionally I also cycle at least 100 kms a week (I have loads of time right now). When I work FT its ~50 kms a week.
Push Pull Legs 6 days a week
People of Grapevine, how do you maintain (or try to maintain) a regular workout routine. How often do you workout and what do you do.
I am done with Push Pull Legs and doing that 6 days a week. Willing to get a coach if they can make me look more jacked and/or help me run faster, jump higher and lift heavier.
I try to walk every day around 4 kilometers back and forth from the office. I take vitamin D3 10,000 IU once a week and consume about 50-100 grams of protein daily. Additionally, I play 45 minutes of badminton twice a week for agility.

What's your workout plan like? I've been going to cult.fit for awhile now, but I've never had a workout plan. I just book S&C at 8am and go 5/7 days. I want to bring more structure to it. So please share what your plan is like.
