I have 3 YOE and looking for a switch, Infosys is offering 10 LPA with level 4 designation, is it good?
Also, I’m not sure about the levels in Infosys. Can someone help me out?

Where does JL 4A lies in hirearchy of Infosys
My friend having 13 YoE in copywriting (previously worked in ad agencies) has gotten an offer from infy. She is being offer JL4A with designation - Senior Process Lead.
Not sure if this would be a IC or TL position but want to know where does this lies on overall career or job level. Is this usual for folks having 10+ YoE to work at JL4?
