I am new to fitness journey coming from vegetarian background protein intake is not at par. I tried taking whey protein for ATOM flavour choco hazel fusion but taste was unbearable. I know for some people taste doesn't matter but for me it does. Any suggestions for whey protein flavour.

I have had Creatine in the past and it has given great results while bulking up. But the doctors just don't recommend going for it. Whey also has a mixed opinion from doctors, although my online and primary research said it is good to go, as long as you are not going above 2 scoops a day, again something I try to restrict to. YMMV. What has been your experience and research around creatine? I am in my mid 30s, hence if age is also a factor, happy to know more.

Hey Gym bros, which whey protein do you buy? I'm currently wasting a lot of money on whey and as an exercise to manage my budget, I'm thinking of switching to a cheaper brand. ps: It would be great if it comes in moon-pie or coffee flavor.
