Not buying a land when I was in school
Which is that one stock you regret buying and later turned out to be multi-bagger?

HDFC - bought a bit too much and got a little freaked out because I felt I’m YOLO-ing a bit (it was 30% of my portfolio)
Should’ve kept it, would’ve been better returns than the many mid cap stocks I got into
Regret getting sbicard ipo, then waited for year to sell in profit.
At least it turned out to be profitable after a year.. How about LIC, Nykaa and Paytm..
Stayed away from these just bought some Paytm when ashneer tweeted about how it's steal deal, the next ipo I applied was cartrade have avg down and holding that 😕
Over time I've realised it's not worth it to apply for IPOs from 2lkh retail cap will hardly get 1 lot max upside 15k. And for institutional application need to put huge amounts then will get allotment in % basis, not easy to take ipo financing.
Adani Power. I had it when it was 85, and then dropped to 67ish. It reached 110 and Sucheta Dalal wrote about them, I frantically sold where it was Look at it now ðŸ˜
Reliance
I had a gut feeling to buy it at ~700 but didn't, the stock went to ~2100 in a month. This was 2 years back during covid lockdown.
Also, same for Tata motors, was thinking of buying at 70ish, but didn't and stock went to 450. So yeah... ðŸ«

Had doubled down on Zomato recently at 180 rupees when people were bearish, loving it 📈
Had originally bought at 55-60 levels. But believe in Zomato, so doubled down at 180. It looks amazing on portfolio now :)
