Which startups are paying large

It seems all peak salary days are behind us. Still Zepto or Blinkit might be paying good. For a Devops infra guy which startups are good. Yes, I come from programming so could switch to programming too if that’s what could pay more. 15 years NCR. Anyways posting for everyone , where are good salaries in tech startups in NCR these days ?
