I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.
I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).
As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast...
A friend of mine just passed 8th sem , so he has 4 offers
1)TCS 3.5lpa ASE 2)Accenture 3.5lpa 3) Wipro 3.5LPA 4) Seed stage startup 4lpa
which is better to join in Bangalore?

I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture ...
Got 14yrs experience. I saw some reviews regarding less variable payout by tcs for higher bands. And, they reduce the salaries sometimes. Please share your thoughts and experiences for making the right decision
TCS - 33lpa with huge variable pay, nearly 6 lakhs
Graymatter - 34 lpa
Cigniti - 35 lpa
