Over hiring and then firing

Bluffing about some parts of the work, like processes. In my case came to my company thinking that there was a process where I could fit in and learn, but there was nothing.
On the bright side, it is a big challenge to set up things and if things work out, it’d look good on my resume.
- Managers micro managing to hide incompetence in front of top-line management and showing passive aggression when we don’t blindly follow.
Ps- Because of the fact that point 1 had happened to me, I now work in a detached style, like the worst case scenario is that they’ll fire me, I’ll get another job 💁🏼♂️ and I do understand that not many have that luxury.
