Business is about profits. Professionals who reach the top reach there after fighting day and night. After. Fighting internal politics, struggling for growth amidst external threats and limitations, they promise the sky and the moon to become ceos. They don't have the time or the empathy to feel for low level employees. In their view, they struggled and made it to the top. And Your struggle in neither new or rare.

While the Big Four might be known for their dedication to spreadsheets, rumors of them being health-hating, family-forgetting robots are greatly exaggerated. Sure, deadlines can be tight, and the competition fierce, but let's not paint everyone with the same brush. Many individuals find fulfillment in these fast-paced environments, and the firms themselves are increasingly offering resources and initiatives to promote well-being. Let's keep the conversation open and focus on fostering healthy work cultures for everyone.
