I've seen the market is more interested in paying a high salary to SAP Salesforce Pega experts.
For example the company which offers 10-12 LPA from 5 LPA with 3 YoE in SAP Salesforce, they're offering 7-8 LPA from 5 LPA to Java Developers.
No, and yes. No because i have seen less salaried employees in java who is not specialised in full stack development or else stuck with a single tech. Aws services, mobile development, Go, kafka, kubernetes , node.js , flutter working on this kind of stack helps in achieving better salaries. I got to know this only from this platform.
