why no bhaiya/didi of CP/DSA stay in job
I followed a lot of these so called CP influencers on LinkedIn or X. and see most of these people stay in their job for long time. 1 person who just passed out of college joined Zomato (referral only), made so many post about work etc, but left in 6 months (acc to his LinkedIn ). seen other cases as well. acc to CP/DSA is most important for SDE, then why cant they work, is it because of money from their courses or they cant sustain in their job. I have 6 years if experience but dont think only CP helps you
Most of them underperform at their jobs. Had one such influencer in my org, from what I heard his perf ratings were abysmal.

Feeding a stray dog is easy. Keeping it as a pet is tough.

Kuch Rabies grasit hai jisse compare kia. Waise toh sahi bol rahe ho nahi karna chaiye :)
CP/DSA helps you in the first half of your career because it generalises most problem statements you receive.
Later, other aspects of SDE becomes more important. These bhaiyya/didis will realize this soon and buzz off to building their careers.

They are not leaving the phase, that is issue
Quitting your first job in 4 months is quite questionable

When it comes to real world problem solving ability and designing system at scale, rote learning without ever using that in real life is not going to help is what I think
5000₹ ka course * 1000 students * 6 batches a year = 💸💸 more than regular salaries
The money that they make as Bhai/didis is orders of magnitude higher than what they will make if they were in a job
