At senior level people promise heavens and stars to justify/get their inflated pay. Even if they don't exceed or even meet those promised levels they can continue at the level. But any negative growth is seen very seriously. Remember those meeting where our manager would say "we need results not reasons".. this is that at higher levels
Ola losing marketshare in express mode. Heard their FY24 numbers show major de-growth which will shock everyone.

Ola has a terrible attrition at management levels. Smart folks know why.
Has anyone worked directly with him? He seems to be extremely down to earth and a wonderful person atleast in his interviews and Shark Tank. Is he like this in professional life/real life? Any sneak peeks to his work routine/behaviour etc?
