Why some data analysts call themselves Data Scientists??

This is a genuine question mahn. Don’t you think people should accept the fact and not being fake. People are really working hard for their jobs and if someone inexperienced comes without any knowledge and by only putting fancy things in the resume just for the sack of getting job then people who are actually genuine will suffer and their work load will increase because of these shitty people in the team.
