Work and product culture at the RBF startup Velocity?

Considering joining Velocity (HSR, Bangalore) in the capacity of a product manager but I have read a lot of negative reviews about the company on Glassdoor. I also checked their LI and saw that a lot of employees had left Velocity in less than a year. Can someone give me reviews on -

  1. Work culture and WLB
  2. Product culture and company strategy
  3. CEO/CTO review (since I'll be working directly with them)

Hey! I too received an offer from them. However they don’t treat employees well as per my conversations with ex and current employees.
Also the CTO is not as good as the CEO in his field since the tech team highly disapproves of him.
The CEO is bit of a hot headed guy and came to know couple instances where folks were fired on spot.

Based on conversations with team, I decided not to join Velocity. Please do your research before joining since I was pretty afraid after talking to employees there.
