How is the work culture and learnings at Flipkart, cleartrip, Myntra and phonepe? And usually how many hours do people work there daily?

The team I'm in at PhonePe is ok, not chill, but not too bad. However there are teams who are being burnt too. Personally I work from 10:30 AM till 6:00 PM.
