Sundays, the day where even Jesus took a breath of freedom, Unacademy Leaders think that just because you are a working professional you aren't supposed to have ONE DAY OFF!
The whole Saturday we ran around creating data pointers and decks for a meeting that never happened with GM and now Sunday evening they are informing the whole team to report early for the same meeting that was supposed to happen on Saturday changing the data pointers and getting all ready before 10am Monday.
I mean I understand mismanagement but this behaviour is getting way out of hand!
Word to the wise and also to the so called leadership at Unacademy, you guys have no clue what you are doing and within the next 3 months I bet you guys will be the next Byjus.

Just heard from a friend at an events agency that there is a big gathering with celebrities being planned for Unacademy 🤣🤣 I thought it’s some news for funding so came to check - but seems like this is just an eyewash for mistreating employees. They regularly have pizza party and events while firing employees. Shame. Employees want respect and time off - @BettCrick atleast you’ll have some enjoyment in office after all the data reviews. Glad I left when I could . Feel for the poor folks stuck due to bad market.

So again Unacademy has asked people to leave, and asked them to resign.
Leadership is so clueless about what they are doing, they fired 3-4 people whom they had hired a month ago. Imagine the situation 😂
And I don't see this stopping ...
Unacademy elevated Jagnoor as (COO) of its offline centres business in January this year. However due to tiff with GM, he has decided to part ways with Unacademy.
Unacademy is nearing its death with every leadership exit.
As of today, 31 folks at role of Senior Manager and above are on notice. Combined number across Business, Sales and content Marketing.
Leaders across Offline, and new online Categories have also resigned.
No one knows what's next at UA.
A lot of people at Unacademy have already resigned, and they are unable to hire replacements from the market( for who knows what reasons). Now as we all know people who are left in the organisation are going to have a tough time.
