Rapido layoffs
Apparently there was a decision to layoff 20% of workforce which was revoked at last minute by leadership. Good sign or not? Could signal lack of forethought among those at top. What do you guys think?
Can someone share some insight on culture, advancements and wlb?
Culture depends plainly on team, some teams are great, some toxic. Advancements will be good on backend/de side, if youre thinking of a data scientist role it’s unlikely you’ll get to model anything. Wlb is poor, always been. Load will be there
How's the marketing side of things?

I'm currently interviewing with them for a backend engineering role.

Thanks in advance for the inputs😅
Anyone here working for upgrad? Will be interviewing for them, just wanted to know about their WLB and other benefits? (If any lol?)
Wary of edtech startups being crapshoot and prone to layoffs, but overall they're giving a nice bump on...
