To all the companies who use Workday for hiring, as soon as I see a job link that redirects me to Workday - I close the tab, cuss a few words and move on.

Mostly used by companies that receive thousands of applications for 1 posting but don't want to use LinkedIn Jobs for customised filtering.
I would suggest spending ~10% of your job application time on Workday applications (especially in this market). Sometimes, it does lead to offers.
Me too 🖐️ And what is most frustrating is, they ask many silly US specific questions which are not at all required for India based Jobs. And idiots can’t even retrieve data from uploaded resume.
