Workload with new born

How to manage workload with new born baby. I just had a baby and feeling a lot of pressure with office work as well as parenting. I want to give lot of time to my baby but it's not getting possible. My wife is on paternity leave and doing most of the baby work. I feels like I am missing lot of things in this phase of my child. Please suggest something.

We need better paternity leaves in India. Most corporates give 2 weeks paternity leave.

Exactly bro I got only 2 weeks. Mostly time to hospital m hi chale Gaya. Ab firse office start. 😓

Ask for work from home until kid is one year. Also hire a maid to help with house hold.

You both can spend quality time with the baby. A new mom need some 'me time' too.

Well, is there a way to do work from home? Or possible to switch? Try to do that, if you ask for a long leave in these times you will put an crosshair on ur back to get laid off.
