Workplace situation confession.

Hello I have one female colleague. We just talk about work only. I had heard that she sometimes says she respects me. Not to me directly but behind my back. I know her from 2 to 3 years. Recently I had gone on a trip to a hill station and posted picture with a girl. Now that colleague has stopped talking to me.(Earlier she used to be like a chirpy bird) I came to know that when she saw my photo with another woman, that day her eyes were red and watery from some colleagues though I think it to be an exaggeration. I am not into any discrimination or body shaming but the girl is too skinny. Honestly, at age 26, she is completely flat. While the woman with whom I had gone on trip is beautiful in all ways but not sure if she has any true feelings for me. How to navigate through this situation.
