Ladies, guys aren't looking for Coldplay tickets on dating apps . Women really need to stop asking this question, thinking they're going to get a good response.

1. Liars will lie, can't check for truth
2. Those who are honest will mostly be punished for honesty (unless the intentions actually match)

The point of dating is to meet people over time and figure them out. You can't really do that over text, regardless of gender.

Ask better questions, like - do you see yourself getting married some day ? (if that's what you're looking for)

Or - what's your view on modern relationships?

Learn subtlety, please. This approach isn't going to help you filter out men any better.
