He is a shit of a person to apply such tactics - good resources can never be judged by above points. If the founder is such a person, the culture is top-down - do imagine how it'd be to work for such a company

Got a call from the HR of Pristyn Care today on a Saturday. Was telling me that during month end and important deliverables, I may have to stretch and work long hours. While I am ok to do that (been doing it for years now) - but having HR telling you that during the first call was a red flag. Thinking of dropping out of the process instead of wasting time.

If this isn’t sarcasm, this fellow needs help. Pity his family for having to put up with sc*m like him.
