Any feedback on appraisals, hike, bonus & compensation revision from the last town hall?
He mentioned in the last townhall that appraisal will be 5%. And people with low compa ratio will be given priority. Given the fact that esops were also allocated recently, cash raise will not be that great.
Not sure, guessing ,but even promoted folks have not been communicated their numbers. I think lot of people may be excluded
It is 0% for many folks and maximum goes upto 15% but only for very very few.
