Zepto - All those funding for Google form.?

The fact that they raised billions and still doing hiring based on Google form . Like dude . And that's the I am not able to get referral here

like how should I reach out to an employee,I have no job id ,job link , what should I say to them ,this employee shared a Google form please refer me for this ?

Btw if here is any zepto employee, refer me for sde 1 role ( got to know about this opening from that linkedin post 😭😭😭)

Just because you have got the money, it doesn't mean you should stop using free tools.

Usually good founders prefer to go for free tools and especially the ones which are fast and less time consuming to operate.

Also it's better to mail the employees directly rather than texting them on LinkedIn.

This is just one of the ways they're hiring. They are also hiring the traditional way of recruiters scouting profiles and calling people. I got a call from them a few weeks ago so I know.
