Today had a very bad experience with Zomato. I had placed an order with KFC for a meal bucket, wherein one of my ordered item was missing for prepaid food. As soon as I found one of my ordered item is missing
I was ok with it, until I found it is valid only for 30 days!
I recalled them again, but they said they can't do anything as they already shared refund code.
Isn't it a fraud? I didn't receive the item, and now have to use this shitty app again to get my money back!
Have any one of you had such experience?
You can ask them to directly refund money to your bank account instead of coupons
