Today had a very bad experience with Zomato. I had placed an order with KFC for a meal bucket, wherein one of my ordered item was missing for prepaid food. As soon as I found one of my ordered item is missing
- I called delivery guy, he said he didn't pick up the item and can't help,
- called KFC didn't receive my call
- called Zomato customer care - they said they will send me refund promo to use on my next order.
I was ok with it, until I found it is valid only for 30 days!
I recalled them again, but they said they can't do anything as they already shared refund code.
Isn't it a fraud? I didn't receive the item, and now have to use this shitty app again to get my money back!
