When there is no hiring what is the use of talent acquisition?
Zomato is doing better than most of the startups and laying off more than 90% of the TA team is more than expected
Talent Acquisition and HR is a joke.
I feel you shouldn’t have a TA team at all. What you really need is, whatever you wanted to spend on TA/HR, spend on your employee payroll.
