Zuck himself is bearish on WFH

He was previously the biggest proponent of WFH. But he recently said this:

Our early analysis of performance data suggests that engineers who either joined Meta in-person and then transferred to remote or remained in-person performed better on average than people who joined remotely. This analysis also shows that engineers earlier in their career perform better on average when they work in-person with teammates at least three days a week

Looks like most companies will kill WFH long term 🤕

Amazon, oracle, meta, all the big ones are forcing RTO for silent layoff and bcoz these people have to listen to investors or politicians. This is what I’ve read.

Yep, all the big techs are enforcing 3 days WFO. Not 4, not 2. 3 days. It's like an agreement amongst themselves.

Find yourself remote work, plenty of companies still offer full remote work at good pay, I’ve never worked from office in last 6 years
