How bad is PIP culture now a days in atlassian? Is it something to worry about for someone who is planning to join there?

Does anyone know when will the entry roles open for SDE in Atlassian? Currently only high seniority roles are available. Also if u r preparing like me, can u suggest what all topics u r preparing for the job?

Anyone who is working in atlassian, do u recommend a fresher to join the company? I have seen many people talking atlassian has good work life balance and CTC is also good. But it's glassdoor ratings are low compared to others. I am considering to apply for Entry Level position or P3 in Atlassian. Is it good to join there or should I consider looking for other companies?
