I have ignored Indian startups because usually culture is iffy. These ones are known for decent culture and pay, tho I may be wrong.

Adobe and Salesforce were two other vendors along with is in my previous project. And trust me, it was not a good place to be in(At least from a developer POV). Hence I would say, it depends on what project you are in and also who your manager is.
Back in the day Google used to be the dream company for many - job security, culture, money everything was checked right.
What are similar such companies in India today - that pay well, have good culture, and you do not wake up everyday...

Preferably in Bangalore. I know the quality of work and work life balance vary across teams in a company, but then my question would be which companies have higher percentage of ‘good’ teams. I am looking for a fresher role.
