How is the tech culture at Fynd? Heard lot of about fine culture if the deadline missed is it true? Is this same for SDE levels also? Would be great is someone can coments on their work culture and environment for SDE levels.

Fynd delayed joining for new grads by jan 2024.anyone currently hiring freshers?

Is it true that fynd is currently piping employees and also delaying new grads onboarding?

Fynd is putting people on PIP, since they don't want layoffs otherwise they will have to pay severance. Also remaining members appraisal is also blocked, they change their policies overnight and now say will only give a hike to those who joined 9 months back. Even leads and HR have no clue.

I saw many open position in fynd last month but this month there's nothing, also I read some posts here regarding hiring freeze at fynd here, so just wanted to know if all of them are true I. E. If fynd has really gone on hiring freeze and layoffs? Can any employee confirm it?

I will be joining Fynd Ahmedabad office as SDE-1 new Grad this June so wanted to know how is the work culture in Ahmedabad office and some more thing that i dont know about it
