Always go for high risk in early stages of your career, if it pays well - thats just a cherry on the top.

All the best with your next job!

I'm not sure what you mean by that, can you please elaborate?

In early stages of your career, you can take higher risks - for example working as a solo designer for an early stage startup. Or being part of smaller team in growth companies. Its a good place for iterations, creativity, hustle and design sense (it may not seem like while you are doing that)

Risk can also be working for higher equity and less cash. Or just placing a bet of few months/year in a product you believe in. You define your own risk.

If a company you want to work for, pays you what you are looking for thats an added bonus.

Hope that helps
