IBM has recently announced changes to ISDL compensation. How do you think this will impact the industry and IBM employees? Share your thoughts! They have been hiring aggressively too as China and world wide workforce shift. My question is more specific to the Flashsystems team.

I have an MBA and 5.5 years of experience in consulting domain. My current CTC is 17LPA (14L fixed). I also have ESOPS worth 4L redeemable 1L, every year. I have an offer from KGS offering 23.5L fixed and they say that they don’t include variable in there CTC. Is it worth to switch, should I negotiate some more?

I've 1 YOE, my current in hand is 8.3 LPA with a permanent remote option. What should be a minimum increment below which I should not even consider that option. I'm assuming whatever offers I'll get they are going to onsite and mostly in BLR/NCR . On a CTC of 12 LPA I don't think it will improve my savings considering the cost of living in metro cities and since I live with my parents so current cost is almost zero. In terms of work life balance and culture I'm happy with my current company.

Hello, What should be the ideal CTC ask for a job switch now a days on below basis? How much should I ask to HR? Total experience - 3.5 years Skill - ETL Development, Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, PLSQL, Shell Scripting, Tableau. CCTC - 8 LPA

We both were working at Y amount joined almost together got the same hike for last 2 times but this time he got a better hike that is 8lpa while I just got 3lpa almost 3X. Why? Reason is clear the work I was doing was pretty average which anyone can do at this salary, I hardly code most of the time i was doing management tasks. He never showed interest in doing tasks other than coding hence he improved his tech skills and while the company's product is not doing that great and having a hard time. Company placed him in another company's project and able to withdraw 3x of his salary and hence he could ask for it and got it. Learning: coding>> product management etc...

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

If a person joins EY in April 2024, will they be eligible for a hike and bonus in September-October 2024? If not, will EY give a hike and bonus after one year of completion, or would they need to wait until September-October 2025?
