How do you get new jobs?

Let me expand on that

Apply online doesn't seem like working (don't know whom does it work anyway) Rarely get calls directly from HRs and when they do call the budget is too low Once ONCE got call from recruiting agency, hike was low but I was itching to move so took up that Anything that has ever worked for me is cold reach out, which has success rate 2 (my wholehearted passionate cold reach out would be handful)

Problem is you cannot do who wholehearted passionate cold outreach for all. Not all companies speak to you, and even if they do, the research is tiring
