I personally know a person who has a very large consumer cosmetics company and this person should be worth upwards of 25 crores counting their company, brand and assets

Today I learnt that personal advice (such as morning routines of billionaires/5 books that Bill Gates recommends) from successful people is not as valuable as systems they use (such as code of ethics in business/ customer service/ work ethic) Systems or consistent SOPs that successful people follow, have resulted in a good personal brand which fuels business growth as a byproduct..

I love my current role and the flexibility it offers for my family life. But seeing others advance is making me question my choices. Has anyone else intentionally slowed their career progression? Do you regret it or feel it was worth it?

So I gave the test two weeks ago and still haven't gotten any response from the recruiters. Generally how long does it take to move to the next round? Are candidates rejected at the personality assessment test level?
