What should be the market value of a journalist with 2.5 years of experience. And what skills should the employee adapt for better hikes and opportunities.

Is this just me or others also think that nowadays all news on startups and companies are coming from grapeviner’s post? Good old journalism is dead and most startup’s journalist are using grapevine posts to write scoops on startups. Sometime without checking and citing anonymous sources. As soon as a new grapevine get posted, within hours it is all over the news. Dear Journalist friends, if nothing atleast give some credit to grapevine in your stories 😉
