How do you keep yourself motivated and disciplined. I almost forgot that this is a new year. Yes, I'm supposed to be motivated and work on my resolutions 🥲, I often find myself settling for less and slipping into a comfort zone.
Occasionally, I get bursts of motivation and make plans, but I struggle to stay on track. My attention span has reduced, and I easily get distracted, especially with phone notifications. I've tried digital well-being tools, but the real solution seems to be strict discipline.
