Is Mercor legit???

Received an AI interview mail from Mercor. (Check screenshot) I remember they were showing multiple job postings on LinkedIn a while back (with compensations like 15-40 LPA). Turns out that they are not exactly hiring for their own company but are extending the profile to other companies using their own hiring platform (which was a bit weird since the job description did not mention anything like this and it was easy apply). I have been seeing a trend from different startups that post job openings which lead to either signing up on their own hiring platform or collecting user data in some way. This feels similar. Does this actually lead somewhere or are they just using applicants to train their model? What do you guys think?

Have anyone got remote job from this platform called mercor, after attending AI interview for 20 mins , how was the process, kindly share your experience.

It went through my resume, parsed it and asked me questions related to the companies I worked with, projects and technologies/tools. It understood the context from my answers, and asked me follow up questions. If I gave slightly vague answer it ensured to pick that specific part and formed next question on the basis of that. Saw some job post on LinkedIn of Amazon , Google and Meta. Anybody got any interview calls recently from them?? Are these real positions??

Often on LinkedIn we have encountered such posts which say x company has y opening, drop your email and I will DM you referral link/mail you z stuff, etc. A question always arises in my mind, DO THESE PEOPLE LEGIT MAIL/DM STUFF??? OR IS IT JUST ATTENTION SEEKING STRATEGIES OR SIMPLY FRAUDULENT WAY FOR GETTING EMAILS???

There is something wrong with Google india software engineer recruitments . Heard some of the recruitments are done under table dealings by recruiters
