Have anyone got remote job from this platform called mercor, after attending AI interview for 20 mins , how was the process, kindly share your experience.

I haven't got one. But the process has started. I got a call from Bolt HR which i think is most probably through Mercor only. Interview is yet to be scheduled.

i gave interview there around august, there were 3 rounds third being the final round. i gave 2 of em the thirds timing was clashing with my job hours. I mailed them to reschedule but didn't get a reply. the first 2 rounds were pretty easy and revolved around nodejs, it was a machine coding round they wanted to evaluate how you think etc. also before the first 2 rounds there was a assignment where I had to create a openai wrapper with a chatbot UI with speech to text

Is Mercor legit?

Received an AI interview mail from Mercor. (Check screenshot) I remember they were showing multiple job postings on LinkedIn a while back (with compensations like 15-40 LPA). Turns out that they are not exactly hiring for their own company but are extending the profile to other companies using their own hiring platform (which was a bit weird since the job description did not mention anything like this and it was easy apply). I have been seeing a trend from different startups that post job openings which lead to either signing up on their own hiring platform or collecting user data in some way. This feels similar. Does this actually lead somewhere or are they just using applicants to train their model? What do you guys think?

I got in vetted pool and given an interview in which I got reiected. But today again one US based comapny is reaching out through it for interview. Not sure if is it legit. Do anyone have experience to share?

Just now gave interview to an "AI Interviewer", simply blown away!!

It went through my resume, parsed it and asked me questions related to the companies I worked with, projects and technologies/tools. It understood the context from my answers, and asked me follow up questions. If I gave slightly vague answer it ensured to pick that specific part and formed next question on the basis of that. Interviewed by AI?

Has anyone seen this? I've given two interviews recently The first round was taken by AI. If you stick to Q&A, don't ask counter questions there's no way you can differentiate between humans / bots. Maybe HR can make pixel perfect rangolis in future, TA tasks will be handled by AI only. Put a comment company name if you've given an interview to an AI bot.

Basically, I am interested in working for remote job. I have found far less resources and majorly all of them mention about open source contribution. Anyone here who has gotten a remote job, can you explain the following- 1. How the experience has been? 2. How you got that job? 3. What are the pros/cons? 4. Would you recommend people to take it?
