CTC Suggestion

I have pending appraisal discussion coming up shortly. My last appraisal was done in may 22. Please suggest a approx range to ask for. TIA As per my research I feel 18-20 fixed.

So, last month I interviewed for ServiceNow and was put on hold. Today the HR called me and said that they will be moving forward with the offer. Need some help in negotiating as to what can i get max. My current Breakup is as below. CTC: 35 Fixed: 30 Variable: 5 YOE: 4.9 years Profile i got shortlisted for is IC3 Will be grateful if anyone can help as to how much max can i ask for. They said limit is 36 Base. Can i ask for more??

How much of a hike should one expect while switching roles (for a PM role) I have started giving interviews and the expected CTC i had mentioned was with a 40% hike. Nope, i have received my appraisal in the range of 15%, due to good performance. Should I revise my expected CTC? How does this usually work?

I have 7 years of experience in manual testing and have been leading a team for 3 years now. How much salary should I expect if I switch? I'm currently at 14 lpa.

Despite negotiations, the recruiter is unwilling to adjust the terms. Given the need to relocate from Noida to Hyderabad for a team in the Azure vertical, I'm unsure whether to accept it. Could you advise on what I should do?

Hi all, I have got my HR round discussion at Accenture for the position of Application Lead coming up next week. Hence I thought of picking your brains to resolve a conundrum regarding a reasonable salary that I can ask for. Location: Bengaluru Current CTC: 15 LPA Expected CTC: 23 - 26 LPA TechStack: Mainframe Developer YOE: 9 years. Can you let me know whether my expected CTC is a reasonable amount considering my YOE, tech stack and location. Or should I ask for more/less ? Thanks for all the advice/suggestions !

After 2 weeks and 4 rounds of interviews, the HR informed me on Friday that I’ve cleared the last round and have been selected. S/he asked me to share some documents and told offer letter will be shared in 2 days. I waited for 2 days and called the HR today. Here’s the interesting thing, on calling s/he didn’t recognise me first and asked me which department I’m from, then asked to wait 15 minutes for callback as s/he was on break. Again waited for more than an hour and called back but this time s/he didn’t pick up the call. My question is should I be worried? Move on or am I being impatient? Just some more info - I don’t have any other offer in hand and the CTC I’ve asked for 100% of previous (last appraisal in 2021) although it’s still less than what is being offered for senior role in current market scenario in Bengaluru. Could this be the reason? Your thoughts, please.

Y.O.E-3.7 years Current CTC - 7.74 I have given two rounds of interview L1 & L2 in the LTIMINDTREE for Senior Data Engineer position and today got a call from them that I have selected. Can you please let me know how much I should ask as the expectation CTC? And also please let me know when they will release the offer letters once we completed with the selection process?
