TCS or Capgemini?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA. I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year). As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else? I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers. help me out.🙃

I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture is not that good. I'm also considering the long-term growth prospects and career advancement opportunities offered by both companies. Additionally, I'm evaluating factors such as salary, benefits, location, and the alignment of the company's values with my own career aspirations. Need your help in choosing a good career friendly company and also long term growth as an individual.

What is pros and cons of working in accenture and tcs? I got offer from accenture of 14.5 lpa total and tcs is retaining with 11 lpa Should i stay back in tcs for a 1 year and then switch or switch to accenture now? I have 15 days left

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.

Guys, I have 8 years of IT experience out of which , 2.5 in azure. I got a call from Capegemni HR , saying there's an azure opening, asked for my current and expected CTC. I said the current is 7 LPA and expected is 20 LPA. It's a hybrid role with 3 days working from the office. She said it is not possible, Max they can give is 10-13. I am in Kerala,and have a baby under 1. I have to relocate if I get it. I don't think it is fair salary. Is it ok if we don't tell when they're asking for our current salary based on which they will give max 100% if we perform exceptionally in the interview. Or how can I deal this? Thanks in advance.

I have an offer for Cybage Pune and Capgemini Pune. The thing is Capgemini is giving me 1.5 LPA more than Cybage. I have heard about Capgemini but not about Cybage. Anyone please suggest.
