Joining with Accenture 4 days but no information yet

I received an offer from Accenture and accepted it also. After that my recruiter is not reachable via mail or phone. Is this normal in Accenture? Whom can I contact in this situation? I have also put resignation in current organisation. Please help.

Salary : 3.44L I want to know how Accenture company is, how they treat their employees, how's the working environment in Accenture, Is it good job role. But after this i HR not picking my call and did not give reply over mail.In offer letter after 90days my joining date.Should i give resignation to current infosys organisation?what you suggest. If i will late then 90 days also extend and i will not able to join on time to accenture.

Recently I had an interview with Accenture last week. I got shortlisted by the same day at night and got an email for completing a task in Workday which is submitting PAN And last 3 months pay slips. The next day received a call from HR, He discussed the compensation and DOJ and said you will get confirmation by the same day only. But it's been more than 4-5 working days, I haven't received my Offer Letter yet. Also got a BGV mail for complete but it requires Resignation detail too with LOA. But how can I submit resignation without any offer Letter. Or usually ACCENTURE taking that much time only in releasing offer letter. Can anyone help with this.

Why Accenture HRs dont pick phone calls, dont reply over email after releasing offer letter?
