What are the exact reasons of eliminating higher roles? Is it not contributing towards tech components and just managing or delegating tasks and getting hefty salaries or anything else?
Well I cannot tell exactly but one of the major reason is that we need to spend 35 Billion $ on Hyperscalers, 100 Billion $ on GPU purchases for GB200 chipset etc. Leadership need more cash to buy hardware & invest in ground assets. Most recent quantum computer need 11 Billion $ to convert to the business use case & beyond.
It won't happen in India. 10-15 years beck the openly said about moving jobs to India. Now they stopped it. And are silently moving into to India, costa rica, and certain south east asia Nations
Actually most of the bigger tech already started moving to Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Poland, Romania because they are 10 times cheaper with 12 hours work rule. India is no longer a sustainable country for mass business.
