How to ask for 100% hike for same work in other company

How much percentage of hike can I ask for switching to Accenture as I have 7.3 years of experience for Data engineer role and 14.2 LPA fixed package. Can I ask for 60-70% of fixed hike which is around 22.5 L - 23.5 L fixed or even more ? Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey folks, so I am a 2022 graduate and I'll try to make this short as much as possible: * I was giving interview at a company for backend dev * Over the period got promoted from MTS to SMTS with CTC correction from 12.8 to 14.74 at my current company * Last Friday did the cultural fitment round * After following up got a call from HR saying they'll update me by this weekend * However I updated her with the information regarding role change and CTC correction * Now she asked what'll be your expectations * First, she asked whether I could shift with the same CTC, but I was hesitant, she took it as no. * I asked what is your range? She said there is no range * I told her as per market standard, she said I'll take 30% to herself as of now So I need help here: * what can I tell her? Or should I tell her something before the weekend or not? * Should I ask her if it'll be senior role as I am a SMTS now? Also, this is the current salary range as per Glassdoor of this company: * Sr. backend: 25 * SDE: 15 + 6 Additional info for my current company: * My manager said that my base will be matched with SMTS in April which is 18-24 * Also heard the news that the company will not give appraisal to anyone in April

Hi folks recently made transition as a product manager from marketing.My CTC is way below below market. Have spent around 8 months in the current company as a PM started giving interviews last week got 6 calls about to successfully convert one of them with many more companies lined up. Have been asking for 100% hike for salary correction as per market standards but companies are not even ready to give even 50% hike. Have you guys been facing the same issue ?

Hey, I am earning 7 lakh per annum after 5 YOY. I have an offer letter of 11 lpa. I know I can be offered packages up to 14 lpa in a couple of weeks. I am underpaid in my current company. However, I don't want to make a switch right now. I am very sure about it. The job is pretty good. My manager is a kind and learned man, I am learning quite a lot. Plus the job is not hectic and it is allowing me moonlighting (secretly). I earn around 1 lakh per month through moonlighting. How should I request/urge/encourage my company to offer me a hike of 25% to 30%. The company will most likely offer me a hike of 10% to 15%. I will make a switch after 6 months (2 years of experience with this company). There is quite a lot of instability on my CV. My main idea is to be here till 2 years and increase my base here to 9 lpa. I am a good or maybe exceptional performer. My performance was rated 4.50/5 Please help! How many folks here 100% refuse to share last salary and are adant that HR state their budget. How do you guys do it and also has it ever happened that you needed up losing a great opportunity coz of this???
