Incompetent leaders
How many of you see incompetent leaders in TCS. They are nominated either on incompetence but superb in ass-licking or acquaintance of someone. Pls comment.
Is it possible to climb up the ladder without doing anything and only boot-licking?
Maybe for some time, but not throughout, right? 🤔
No to the first and Yes to the second in a world where everyone thinks and behaves rationally.
In the real world - Yes to the first and throughout to the second in many times.

If only competent men have to be appointed as leaders, we would have only a dozen companies.
People are appointed to take care of majority shareholder interest. what has competence to do here?
