You guys are hearing back from recruiters???

My interview was scheduled today, I joined the call 10 minutes early, was waiting in the meeting for 15 minutes post the scheduled time, but nobody joined, and neither did anyone call/email informing about if the interview was canceled or postponed. Really pathetic behavior 🙄 no professionalism.

Hi everyone, I got my answer in my previous post, I have another query, I have around 2 year of experience, I am going to have a 30 minutes Phone screen, first call with HR, she said it’s going to be just casual talks, what can I expect in that call? If any idea, please share. Also, I did fair amount of CP and DSA during college days, it’s been a while and I need to brush up my problem solving skills, so if she asks how much do you want before scheduling your first interview, asking for how much time is safe? What has your experience been like in today's market compared to 2021? For people who got a huge hike in 2021, how have your appraisals been like? Are you facing issues while switching? Personally, I haven't been getting random emails from recruiters like I used to get back in 2020/21. Have you also seen a slowdown? For people who have not been looking out, how have appraisals been for you this year compared to 2021 when attrition was quite high?

I've been seeing a lot of people suggesting that Reaching out to recruiters on their email helps. And yes, I agree. But, how do you get their email in the first place? I have LinkedIn premium but even that doesn't help, tried reaching them out on LinkedIn, but hardly anyone has responded. When I get a referral I mostly get a call from the recruiter, otherwise ATS just rejects me. I have 5+ years of exp as a Front-end dev, currently working at a product startup.

Whoever is looking for a change in Product, do you guys have preferred platforms apart from the careersites and Linkedin that generally give you good traction from recruiters? Doing this for a survey to understand what channel would be more effective.
