Getting responses in Instahyre

How has a company like instahyre managed to get a 80 million people on its platform and nobody is talking about it! What are your reviews about using it? I have never found a good job there :(

I am trying to switch since last 2 months using naukri, instahyre, linkedin and cutshort and have only gotten calls from WITCH companies and other small service companies. Is job market really that bad or do I lack the tech to get an interview at a decent product company? Does instahyre even work? Not a single call or view by recruiters I have almost 8 years exp and tech stack is java, rest API, kafka, weblogic etc.

So I wanted to understand, when we get job opportunities on linked in and we apply too but why there’s no one from the hiring team connects with us ? It also says to apply on their website but no response. Like for example, Myntra has lot hiring positions and keep getting same notification week on week but no one contacts from their team ? Even if we are not selected, there should a notification right? Why can’t we get in touch with the hiring team or again it all depends on referrals?

I’m applying to jobs but getting no response from hrs. What to do 😞

I see that there are no calls and LinkedIn is primarily useless bcoz of very few replies. Naukri.com is not worth it in product companies and there are very few opportunities. Instahyre is working but few recruiters are reaching out. Is there some way of getting good calls. I am missing?

Hey folks from some couple of months trying to reaching out with friend connection for HR vacancy but all are being no reaponse once a period there was where i was trying helping them to land a job for them now i am jobless sitting at home applying contacting all for HR vacancies through linkedin naukri indeed but no response. Very disappointing for me not a getting single refer from anyone. Guys if anyone has any opening in his organization whether it is startup or mnc or mid level company plss comment me plss need some favour from grapevine colleagues. I have 1 YOE in HR currently looking for Bengaluru Pune hyderabad and Mumbai location. Plss guys any lead will greatly appreciated. Thanks Sahil
