How are you guys applying?
I see that there are no calls and LinkedIn is primarily useless bcoz of very few replies. Naukri.com is not worth it in product companies and there are very few opportunities. Instahyre is working but few recruiters are reaching out. Is there some way of getting good calls. I am missing?

Best way is to find a connection in the company and get a referral.
Have a target list of companies, check for relevant job postings, keep an eye on ‘starting my new position’ posts on linkedIn to find out which companies are hiring. Reach out to people for the referral instead of applying directly on career pages. This is what worked for me.
